Welcome to the website of photographer Sam Atkins. Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, he is ideally located for assignments throughout the north of England and beyond.

Since studying photojournalism at the London College of Printing in the late 1980's Sam has undertaken a wide variety of commissions for national newpapers (both news and features), magazines, corporate clients, conferences, festivals, events and PR companies.

With his 20 year track record in press and editorial photography he is able to work to a brief, deliver on a tight schedule and most importantly produce eye catching images that 'tell the story'.
